1) Most of our items are free size unless otherwise stated.
2) Free size items are usually between S and M size. However this may differ depending on the materials of the clothes.
3) Measurements stated acts as a source of reference.
4) We do our best to display the colors, measurements of our items to the best accuracy as possible. However, colors of our items may differ slightly from the featured pictures due to lighting.
5) All items will go through quality check to ensure items are free from defects before sending out.
6) Items will also be carefully packed to prevent damages that may happened during the mailing process.
7) We will not be responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the mailing process.
8) All items will be sent via Singpost.

Ordering and Payment
1) Place your order through email to simplymycloset@yahoo.com.sg
2) Please indicate your name, mailing address, contact number, email address, product ID and quantity
3) You will receive "Confirmation Invoice" through email within 1 - 2days. The product(s) that has / have been ordered will be reserved for 3 working days
4) Please make your payment within 1-2days after receiving our confirmation email. And provide the transaction reference, name of the bank, date and time of payment
5) Payment can be made through bank transfer. Details for payment will be enclosed in the confirmation email
6) Do read through "Terms & Conditions", "Delivery Information" and "General Information" before ordering
